Orders and Payment
• Submitting an order creates a legally binding contract between you and 14 Motorsports. • Full payment is required at the time of placing an order.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made.
• Prices are GST inclusive and may change without notice before order placement. • If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a refund. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Payments
Payments must be made through the payment methods provided and are subject to the terms of the payment providers.
We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party payment services.
10. Events
• Tickets are valid for the event as scheduled.
• If an event is canceled or rescheduled, we may offer a refund, a new ticket, or a credit at our discretion.
• If an event is interrupted due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather), refunds or credits will be assessed case-by-case and communicated by email.
Attendees participate in events at their own risk. 14 Motorsports accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage at events.
Purchasers and attendees agree to indemnify 14 Motorsports against any claims arising from their participation.
11. Trade Promotions
• Trade promotions are subject to these Terms, our promotion-specific conditions, and relevant laws.
• No refunds or replacements are provided for merchandise associated with promotional entries.
• Not winning a promotion does not entitle you to a refund or compensation.
• Purchasers agree not to initiate payment disputes regarding unsuccessful participation in promotions.
12. Consumer Guarantees and Refunds
If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose:

• Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
• COVID-19 disruptions may cause delays. If we cannot supply your order, we will provide a refund.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Where permitted, our liability is limited to:
• Replacement, repair, or refund of goods; or

Goods are subject to the manufacturer’s warranties and trading terms.

• 14 Motorsports is not liable for lost profits, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages. • Our total liability will not exceed $10.00 or the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
We are not responsible for any lost opportunity to participate in promotions or events.
14. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
This Giveaway is excluding the state of South Australia.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
